Production Planning and Scheduling
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.

Quality Control
- Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure that recycled plastic products meet specified standards.
- Inspect finished products and identify any defects or non-conformances.

Team Management
- Supervise and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
Monitor production performance per shift, daily, monthly
- Production Record checking (Daily).

Monitor shift leader performance (Daily Checking)
- Parameter checking
- Working in progress checking
- Line is clean or not

Monitor KPI progress
- Monitor and review production employee KPIs.

Production data management
- Checking production data.

HSE monitoring for production members
- Daily monitoring for Health & Safety.

Monitor consumable levels in working in progress
- Monitor and checking the consumable levels in working in progress area.

Meet the production target
- Daily overall checking to meet the production target.

Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Promote a safe work environment and encourage employees to follow safety protocols.

Equipment Maintenance
- Schedule and oversee regular maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor equipment usage and identify any maintenance or repair needs.

Cost Control
- Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. 
• Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience in the plastics recycling industry is highly preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently. 
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Salary: Negotiable 

• Probation time: pay 100% based on full salary
