Work with your superior to:

• Source and develop suppliers in Vietnam and beyond
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Manage procurement: negotiate, recommend best offers (quality, service, cost), handle samples
• Oversee POs, secure shipping docs for customs
• Collaborate with forwarders, QA, and Import teams to cut costs and ensure timely delivery
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Stay updated on import/export regulations (taxes, HS codes, ETC.)
• Manage inventory for optimal stock levels
• Calculate estimated costs of goods
• Analyze and report KPIs
• Communicate with operations and sales teams

• Vietnamese citizenship preferred
• Bachelor’s in logistics, economy, foreign trade, or related field
• 3+ years in sourcing/purchasing
• Strong grasp of supply chain: order/supplier management, quality, lead time
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese; French a plus
• Proficient in Excel; Misa systems and F&B experience a plus
• Autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
• Skilled in analysis, forecasting, and negotiation
