Sales Management:
• Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Monitor sales performance and provide strategic guidance to the sales team.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to optimize sales approaches.
Service Management:
• Oversee service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver service and support.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Team Leadership & Reporting:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and service teams to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct training and skill development programs for team members.
• Track sales metrics and service performance, preparing regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, finance) to align business strategies.
Business Development & New Client Approach:
• Identify and explore new business opportunities by approaching new clients.
• Build relationships with project stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business expansion strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 07 years of experience Sales/ customer service sales as manager level in related industries.
• Basis understanding of foreign trade regulations
• Willing to travel domestic and international
• Good Command in English oral & written. Japanese/ Korea/ Chinese speaking will be advantage
• Familiar with SMT (Surface mount Technology) product or having knowledge with portfolios of industrial customers in Semiconductor/ Electronics manufacturing (PCB, IC, dispenser, ETC,…)
• Mechanical electronics background will be preferable ALSO knowing about Samsung, LG, Mektec, Foxconn, Goertek, Luxshare Supply Chains will be more preferable.
• Selling skill (experience in selling equipment, parts and consumable in Electronics fields), negotiation skill, interpersonal skill, presentation skill, business planning and strategy skill.
