Mô tả công việc

1. Finance & Accounting (Primary Focus)

  • Handle bookkeeping, petty cash, and office expense tracking.

  • Coordinate payment requests, invoices, and financial reporting with the finance team in Wuxi.

  • Support with local bank account operations and basic internal control procedures.

  • Assist with tax-related and statutory financial matters in collaboration with external service providers (if any).

2. HR Coordination (Secondary Support)

  • Support onboarding/offboarding process and personnel record maintenance.

  • Liaise with external EOR (Employer of Record) providers for labor contracts and payroll under local regulations.

  • Track and report monthly payroll data, social insurance, and personal income tax (PIT) details.

3. General Administration

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, document filing, and general administrative tasks.

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and compliance with company policies.

  • Serve as contact point for administrative issues with HQ departments (HR, compliance, etc.).

4. IT Support Liaison


Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles (HR/admin experience is a plus).

  • Familiarity with basic Vietnamese labor and tax regulations.

  • Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting or HR software is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn and take on additional HR or IT responsibilities over time.

  • Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
